Birch Lane sent a beautiful picture. It had an instruction card and installation kit. Unfortunately, one had nothing to do with the other. It had some new parts and was not sure how to do it on my own. So I called Birch Lane. They don't list their customer care number but your site did. It was with Wayfair. They called at 4:50 PM Central and Birch Lane, in Illinois, was not answering. So I await an answer and will just wing it this weekend. User's recommendation: If you are good at DYI, go for it. It is a beautiful picture. Just don't expect a kit with usable instructions.
