I took on the task to create a website for our family reunion. Cincopa.com seemed to fit our needs well. We could upload pictures to a gallery for everyone to see. We even had a simple email address for the non technical to send pictures as attachments. We signed up and started posting pictures. After telling people in the family to send pictures, we noticed everything stopped working. They said we needed to purchase the upgrade for $99.00. So we did. A family member donated the money. Everything seemed to be working fine for a few days, and once again, the site stopped working. We contacted technical support frequently, but they never answered the phone. Someone finally called us back. She said the problem would be resolved the very next day. A week later, and they won't even return our calls or emails. But they have our money...I hope you don't get into the same situation.
