I accidentally picked "pick-up" on my order, contacted them within 5 minutes requesting to switch to delivery. It was a 72 dollar order. I am paralyzed with no one over 16 on my home; therefore, had no means to pick-up the order. Yes, I picked "pick-up", but contacted them immediately. They are a good delivery & a ride/transportation company. How is it they "could not delivery my order"? And, I've no means for a refund. I've spent over $1, 800 with Postmates/Uber eats in the past 6 months alone. And, that was during the pandemic while working from home. I used to order at least $200 - $500 a week for my work team & clients while in the office. But, I can't get a delivery service to deliver my food under difficult situations? I'm robbed of &72 and we go hungry. Door dash here I come.
