Picked Up the Wrong Pallet from My Warehouse

Reddaway picked up a pallet that was shipping to Amazon. All of the pallets we ship to Amazon have the trucking company name in about 4" print on them. Their driver came and took the wrong pallet. I thought, ok I'll just get it back from them asap. Yeah right - when I contacted them, my pallet was at LAX (I am in LA). I said ok bring it back. Well that didn't happen. It went to Utah and 2 weeks later it came back to me. The people that work there are seriously brain dead. I figure ok - we are fine. They had the nerve to send me a bill for this shipment that I refused to pay for a year. They eventually sent their claim over to a bill collecting agency who threatened legal action against me, so I paid it. Needless to say, anytime Amazon assigns Reddaway a shipment, I immediately contact them and say "Reddaway cannot pick up from my facility, please assign another shipping company."
