I (family) use Costco Pharmacy for all R/X medicine daily drugs. I use presently and previous 25+ years where customer satisfaction friendliness, savings,quality mdse. etc. is perfect. The filled prescription I am referring to is recorded on file requests not to fill with one phar. company brand name was filled wrong again. Also pharmacist that asked to refill correct didn't have it filled or medicine in stock as she told it would be for p/u. Everything is excellent with all except for pharmacist Buddy MusadGilbert,#00481 at 1415 N Arizona Avenue Gilbert, Az. User's recommendation: Always shop Costco for all R/X and drug needs.
