Physically can’t attend due to surgery. Charles from OTF New Tampa charged me an additional month anyway since I did not give 30 days notice.

I hurt my foot in early July and did not attend any classes due to injury and needing surgery. I tried to freeze my payment for August and come back after I recover. Charles from OTF New Tampa said I had to actually cancel and can't freeze my account. Since I did not give 30 days he would charge me for August anyway. I for sure will not be coming back. User's recommendation: Do not go to OTF New Tampa. Charles could not careless about customers.
