The care i received after the ablation was insane. A stupid or untrained African Woman jerked a catheter out without deflating the balloon and i informed the floor manager which did nothing. Two weeks later i urinated blood and blood clots and had my bladder irrigated at Providence ER and it was extremely stretched and cobtained 1-1 1/2 pints of blood. I have been trying to deal with Bonnie Phelps and her boss from the so called ombusman office and now they wont return my calls. I have no idea what damage was done to the bladder or uretha because i take eliquis and no one wishes to scope me but i have to consume large amounts of liquids to urinate or it is just straining. When i do urinate I can go 4 times in 20 minutes. I believe my bladder is extremely stretched and im not sure what damage i have to the uretha or bladder. As of today Bonnie Philips or her manager from the ombudsman office will not return my calls so i am going to have to sue.
