Phone unlocking scam

I paid 12.99 deposit for a phone unlocking from vodaphone. Iwas contacted the following day and told the unlocking was ready to do and if i paid the remaining 54 pounds. This was early January and I have sent several emails but no response. I have tried to ring but it goes to answerphone.
