Phone was not working from time to time. TV programs were cut into random fragments and not matched to the titles. The customer service was terrible. At the end first year of two year contract for unlimited plan, with no normal phone service continuely for three months and frequently calling customer service and support testing/replacing box, I called to cancel the service due to their technical difficulty . They said I could cancel with no penalty but I need to pay other fees almost equal to next full year's service fee. Also they dug out a fee "they mistakenly refund one year ago" as refund my months of abnormal service. Their attitude was terrible – they just want your full payment for the contract without providing normal service.
