Phone turned off i paid my bill o 2/24/21 spoke to cutomer service on 2/26 I paid $222.00

I have tried to call your customers service and can't get through cause your company will not allow ,turned off my phone!!!!! User's recommendation: DON'T trust Sprint customer service! Really up set on fixed income and this is how my family checks on me!!!!
