Phone screen broken

I closed the door to my car, then pulled my phone out of my pocket, and it fell screen first into the pavement, when I picked it up, my screen is shattered, I'm a little upset about it but curious would I be able to replace the screen and the cameras screen, or would I have to get a new phone?
