i went to store to purchase item with digital coupon added to my account prior the purchased. but when i entered my telephone # at register kept shown invalid. therefore i made a phone call to customer service and no representative pick up my call, kept trying so many times. unable to talk to any live operator. i gave up. problem still unsolve.. User's recommendation: service is suck.
