After 5 minutes or more of answering prompts and being transferred, I was out on hold. Eventually I was told to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me back. 24 hours later, still no call. If you are expecting people to shop in your stores, it would be a good idea to answer your phones or call people back. User's recommendation: Don't bother.
