Phone call order not received by restaurant

I made an order via phone at 2:04 AND any bank account shows pending. When I got to the restaurant they didnt not have my order. I should proof that I called and that the money was pending in my account. This is ridiculously inconvenient. I am not going to have to reorder and wait in a line at the restaurant. The restaurant is stating youre company doesnt take payment over the phone bug my bank account shows differently. I am more than happy to supply a screenshot of the pending amount. What will you do to right this?
