I have been trying to cancel my service with Dex Media for months. I have made multiple phone calls, written letters and sent emails. They never answer the phone, no matter what number I use. They do not respond to any letters or emails. They just continue to bill me. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customers! My bill has more than tripled since originally beginning business with them. Other services have been added, but I have never given permission nor have I spoken with any reps. There has never been any follow up, they just continue to bill me and make it impossible to contact the company.
