Phone account balance update

Since the end of September, I can't update my account balance. I have been paying Freedom Mobile with my credit card from day one and have no problems. I have spoken to a service representative to solve this problem on October 6 and have been told the issue is solved. No, it is not. I have been trying to get my phone account update for the last 7 days but to no avail. It's very frustrating not to know what your account balance is. Is it something wrong with your payment program or my SIM card per se? Please take care of this account update problem.
