Hello, I'm writing to you regarding one of the agencies you corporate with is engaging illegal actions. I've bought a flight ticket from "Get a flight" via your website on 1st January. The agency didn't inform me about the flight had been cancelled. Furthermore, I phoned the airline to check status, the airline staff surprisingly discovered PH Travel used my name to book 3 tickets, which is totally against my will. Consequently, PH Travel offered 3 options: change date, vouchers, partial refund. They push onto me to choose a limited refund, and I have to wait 10-12 weeks, which is absolutely against UK law. Therefore, I would like to report this company to avoid the agency doing further harmful actions to customers. User's recommendation: Travel agencies on Skyscanner are not always reliable.
