On April 14th, I submitted my tax file to the tax centre in Sudbury, Ontario. By Express mail, the representative told me that delivery will take three days because the sender is in Windsor, Ontario, and the recipient is in Sudbury, Ontario. The mail is currently not being sent, and I've tracked it down to Mississauga. I'm not sure what the difference is between regular mail and express mail. Why did I pay so much?
