Pet Novation sucks

ordered Sanisolution 120 2 pk for $43.99 received one Sanisolution for $24.99 +$4.99 shipping, when calling Pet Novation spoke to Heather Seitzinger she wouldnt fix the order and would only send another cartridge for same price with $2.99 shipping, she was not helpful...
