I always get a certificate for my dog when I travel this time the Vet said it the rules was changed no need a certificate to travel to Mexico I called Aeroméxico and paid the fee for pet in cabin when I arrived to the, Airport they said couldn't travel with my pet because I need her certificate I had her documents with all vaccines I asked for my refund and supervised Said call Mexico City I reserved my ticket in LA so I lost my money no help at all from supervisor very upset and d
