To whom it my concern, Good day ! My name is Alicia and I recently just bought a top washing machine early January this year 2020. Brand: Daewoo Model: DWF-300GASE DECI S/N: MW182E0249**** DATE OF MANUFACTURE: 14 FEB 2018 My mom just recently bought this washing machine in the country of Sint.Maarten which is located in the Caribbean region. It's been only 8 months so far that we bought the washing machine and the motherboard of the control panel stops working. To give a better insight of the situation I'll break it down for you. We follow the instructions the manual gives us to follow.. press each button: 1. Put the water on hot or cold settings. 2. Adjust your water level to one's desired. 3. Put it to wash 4. Lastly.... press the start and pause button to start the washing machine. Now we follow each instructions effectively. But for some reason when we do it lately its shutting down when we follow the simple steps. When we finish doing the instructions listed from 1 to 3 and it's time to press the start button it shuts down. It's really good brand machine buts it's not functional no more. We ask a professional individual that's good in that area and they said the mother board is not functioning right and the only way to get working again is to order a new motherboard. And it's really hard looking for one over the internet. We really love the machine and we didnt do anything to it .....no harm, no damage .... it was well taken care of. Now I'm wondering how are we going to get the motherboard for that machine that decided not to work. We're kind of disappointed about it even though it's a good working washing machine. We would like to know if you will be able to supply that partner have it by any chance. Anticipating you kind response. Thank you!
