Ordered through Groupon, a few days later I received an email from Cays telling me my order was cancelled (by me, which it was NOT). I was also charged an additional shipping fee after my Groupon $. Asked for confirmation of a cancellation - never provided. Now I read complaint after complaint against Cay Boutique. I contacted Groupon for a refund since it was their vendor and since it is over 3 days (and all sales final after 3 days) they are getting me trouble with a refund.
