My order was placed over a month ago. I've emailed, Facebook messaged, called and left messages - even though they really have no customer service. It is a business line that is not manned. I believe I'm resigned to not receiving my Christmas gifts. I'll never use Qualtry again and maybe not Groupon - they should have investigated this before making the offer.
