Personal rep replaced by “team” aka anyone who answers the phone

As a 20+ year Flagship client I called to speak to my long-time and trusted rep only to be told that Vanguard - without any notice whatsoever - had moved to a "team" approach that in reality means whomever answers the phone. Problem is I've established a relationship of trust with my rep regarding financial matters that can't be shifted to just anyone. C'mon Vanguard, don't lose that personal touch that's made you so successful!
