I have a bad experience with Bajaj Fin Serve company personal loan. when the emi is bounced i was charged 1200 rs for a 5000 emi... which is ridiculus. When the bank charges u 150 for the fine charges how can the lending company charge 1200 rupees from a common man. is there any one who can make some policy against such blood sucking leeches in the form of fine. the hard earned money when it is untimely to pay back, gets overburndened with the fine charges which is still more a wrong conception to levy on the customer. simple advice to a common man...dont go for personal loan or credit card with companies like BAJAJ FIN SERV. FOR Gods sake... wake up and the lending companies like them are not genuine.
