They do NOT seem to know what they are doing! I can fax a prescription to them with the approval info and also send it electronically with approval info, yet I get notified that the medication requires prior auth before they can fill it. REALLY?! Look at what I send you! My patients tell me weekly how much they hate Accredo, they get their prescriptions wrong, but since that's the only specialty pharmacy their insurance allows, they are "STUCK" and have no other alternatives. They really are not the brightest crayon in the box nor are they the sharpest tack in the tool chest. I really don't know how they stay in business, especially since their reviews are so low....a 1.3. Come on. How can a business continue to exist? User's recommendation: STAY FAR AWAY!
