Persistent failure to honour a voucher provided by the company

Throughout April 2021, I have had interminable exchanges with this company. They offered a £75 voucher after I made a large purchase - and on condition that I changed my power supplier. This voucher was marked 'as expired' when I tried to realise it in March. When this was pointed out, they made a number of requests - repeatedly - in order to avoid settlement. Although they have agreed, today, 19th April - to a re-issue after more than a dozen exchanges, it took considerable determination on my part to obtain this re-issue. Also, the offer comes too little and too late. I have already made a complaint to Trading Standards and to the other company involved, BULB. User's recommendation: I'd advise caution in your dealings with either company. Samsung are a big name but their marketing practices are dubious.
