I ordered prograntwriter and paid 1.99 for shippng & handling, i received the tape but was unable to get what i wanted so i called to cancel my 7 day trial period but the representative was very persuasive and talked me into trying again so i did, but my computer went down so i couldn't access the program at all when i called to cancel my subscription by the new cancellation date they gave me i have discovered they were not there for the holidays, so now when i called their computer is down and i am told to call back barbara agneu detroit, MI
