Perplexed Buyer – Unknowingly lost utilities due to their er

My name is Judy Jenkins, my contact phone number has been left with Century Communities. I left a message with VP office yesterday and did not receive a call back. I am quite distressed because I purchased a home from Century communities, Harmony Hills in August 2017. In December Century communities sold another home here in Harmony Hills, different lot number; but for some reason they mistakenly put my address on this other property, and now all my utilities have been closed and out of my name and I'm having great difficulty getting this issue resolved. The other owner is refusing to work with utilities to get this addressed. I feel as if I need legal assistance to get things fixed, and to check to see if my deed has been impacted. This is a huge mess!
