Perks rogram

I signed up for the Perks program in July ,according to Carol Wright.They do not divulge that they will have a recurring monthly fee of $14.95..I asked them to remove the charges.I paid shipping on all the orders I made.I had my bill paid off ,and in Sept.,they put the $14.95 fee / for August on the bill. It is supposed to be free shipping.I am waiting to see
