So what if you unhooked your computer and took it to "GEEK SQUAD" and had them review all of your internal information, except you weren't there to even see what they were looking at, then you just got the bill for $500.00 ...... and here is your fixed computer. I also dealt with these people here that are the Rapid Technicians, but In Sight Edge is the actual company that they are representing. They worked with me and took care of my issues. Showed me on the screen all of the people who were gaining access to my ip address through my wi-fi. I have a small home business and do alot of transferring of money on the computer and needed affirmation that this was a good transaction, and they sent me an email with all of the information they talked about and even scanned a copy of my check and saved it to my desktop, along with a notepad page with more information saved to my desktop. They also put their customer service telephone number at the bottom of my screen and it comes up with my start-up page. I just paid $499.99 for lifetime service, support, firewall, driver, ect. and I have gone to Best Buy and have been "scammed" by them. They even lost my remote and cord at one point and finally sent replacements. It took them 5 or 6 tries to fix my TV. This, for me, was a very professional interaction that solved my problems and I have the phone number at the bottom of my screen for any future issues....I feel my system will keep hackers and foreign IP addresses out and that my information will be safe from any future *** artists with my stronger firewall and support.
