This happen 7/2/2021. I was ask if I would like to use my 5 percent discount on a $223 order. I said yes, but the cashier said she was sorry, but she could not get it to work. I ask for the manage and the manager said she was sorry but she could not get the discount to work either. The manager said she did not know what to tell me there was nothing they could do. I said that there was something I could do. I could go to a Food City that their 5 percent discount worked. I waited to use my discount to get the most out of it. I would like a discount of $11.15 sent to me at Charles Watkins, 3111 East 31st Street, Chattanooga, Tn 37407
