I have been a Pep Boys consumer for many years. However, in February and March of 2020, I purchased oil products with an advertisement for a $15 rebate per purchase. I have been waiting for my rebates since submission on both of those months, but have yet to receive my rebates. I have called, chatted, and e-mailed pep-boys and the blackhawk rebates with no resolution as of yet. Why does it take 9 months to process my rebates?? This is totally unsat and I will never do business with pep boys again! Still waiting for my $30 worth of rebates!
