Telmex service guy comes to connect a new neighbor and discconnetcs my phone to connect the new customer. My wife confronts Telmex service guy and he is rude and just an *** - tells her to report it. So my wife takes his picture and he says you can take all the photos you want but you Will still not have pone - what a Little *** So wife goes to file a complaints with pictures and everything - still no pone after 3 days and Telmex telling her they are sending a service guy today - what *** Now wife has went to the next level in Telmex. Well guess what this stupid does not know how to get anything done either. Still no phone after she tells us service guy Will be there today - NOT. By the way this is not the first time this has happened - why because Telmex is over selling their service in my área and their equipment cant handle the load - i am almost positive. This complaint is in english because i dont know enough spanish to explain it. In closing Telmex SUCKS!!!.
