This is my 3rd time having the same problem with my card. Unable to access my account the through mobile app? I also cant call and access my account either...This goes on for hours at a time. I am an uber driver and this is always "inconvenient" for a "first convenience bank." I will be at the nearest branch tomorrow, because now I am stuck at a gas station trying to get gas. But I cant because of first convenience trash system is always down. Thanks alot stranded again!
