The filters interior steel band rusted almost completely in less than a year when used with a salt water pool. Bad design. Should have been non corrosive metal. While the Rep takes full responsibility to replace the item, the company is evasive and ignores my explanation of the complaint. They site that this condition can occur when your salt level is to high and the water chemistry is off. I have their chlorinator which dictates the amount of salt and the water chemistry is checked by their dealer. They did offer to send me a new steel band for which I will pay to have installed. And expect a delay of two months. Blame me for their for their failed product. Their answer was " have a nice weekend "
