PENDING REFUND FROM ASAP TICKET SINCE APRIL

I AM TOTALLY APPALLED BY ASAP TICKET !!!!! MY CASE HAS BEEN PENDING FOR MONTHS AND I HAVE ALMOST $1,400 STUCK WITH ASAP TICKET FOR A FLIGHT I BOOKED FOR MY MOM IN APRIL 2021 THROUGH LUFTANSA AIRLINE AND SHE WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO BOARD ON THAT DAY FOM LOS TO USA DUE TO RESTRICTIONS FROM THEIR END. I HAVE CALLED ASAP TICKETS SEVERAL TIMES AND SPOKED TO THE AGENT MAMOUD THAT BOOKED THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND HE NEVER HELPED ME , AFTER ESCALTAING THROUGH THE COMPLAINT SYSTEM, ANOTHER AGENT WALKER PROMISED TO HELP, I HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM ZILLION TIMES AND HE KEEPS PUSHING ME BACK AND FORTH!!!!... I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND I WIL KEEP ESCALATING THIS ISSUE BCOS I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH AND ITS TOTALLY UNFAIR
