Pending Hotel deposit

I use my money network card for a hotel hold and was told it would take 7 business days to get my refund back to my card. Now that time has come and I called back again and was told to take 30 to 31 days for me to receive my $200 back on my card. I'm very furious to say the least User's recommendation: Never use this company.
