My husband bought this purse from Orlando America but was shocked to see the material of purse started peeling off within a month's time. I had taken this purse to a marriage function and shockingly noticed that the entire handle started peeling off making my position very awkward in the gathering. I am shocked how can such a reputed global brand sell sub standard things of very poor quality. It is cheating the customer by indulging in unfair trade practices. CK as a responsible brand should replace this poor quality product if they have any respect for thier customers and immediately withdraw such poor quality items from all their stores globally to protect the brand erosion.
