Falsely advertising this is a free one time service. On 4/27/2021 I spent an hour completing a form, which I had to provide personal information, I was not able to print or save my document without providing PDFFiller my credit card information. Why can these companies advertise their services are free when they are NOT? I did a search of complaints before using this company. My search indicated they were safe, the only complaints I had seen were of customers who bought into their service and were over billed or billed incorrectly. I did not plan to buy their service so I was not too concern. I am so annoyed and frustrated. I would appreciate any advice you can provide consumers to avoid these types of companies.
