PDF Filler

I was charged 96 dollars on an account I no longer use, after making a free account almost a year ago! Was charged this, AND an overdraft fee! When I go to the website, my account type still says "free account" and I see no card information anywhere. My name is Meagan Millier. millier.[protected]@gmail.com. I just would like to get a refund and close off whatever account is charging me so I no longer get charged!
