PDC Spa doesn’t stand behind their products
Since purchasing a PDC spa about a year ago, its had more than eight mechanical and electrical failures. The product has been non-functional 50% of the time. It's been broken for 6 months out of the first year. Their warranty states that they will repair (labor and parts) for repairs within the first year; however, I've been charged over $1000 for repairs in the first year of ownership. In one circumstance, the spa stopped working and the water pipes froze. They stated "the warranty doesn't cover freeze-ups". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They said to me that I should have realized it broke and drained it to avoid the freeze-up. This company is interested in one thin g only. The initial sale, thats it. Customer service means nothing to them. Don't buy a PDC spa, you will likely regret it!
