PC One Cable

We also started out with Friendship Cable, Classic Cable and we also had Cebridge Cable before PC One Cable. About July 2007 we received a bill welcoming us to PC One . This is October, 2007. I have called about bad reception and things seemed to get some better, I called on October 20, 2007 to report a complete outage on all channels. I was told a report would be sent to the techician. I called again on Wednesday, Oct 22, and was told to call the next day and would be told when to expect the outage to be fixed. They also admitted that they had received at least 50 calls from this area. (Reno, TX). Called Thursday night, no information. Turned the TV on Friday morning, still no TV. I called and the end result was the manager said they were not going to fix this area's cable. I looked over at my TX and saw the words "turning off TV cable with the channels being counted down. 30, 29,28,27, etc. all the way down to channel 4. A neighbor and I was talking about this and said PC One owed TXU many thousands of dollars. I hope no one else has to have this happen to them.
