PAYPAL ???

I ordered the tie-dye two piece (biker shorts) and I haven’t gotten ANY update on where it is. I don’t have a paypal & it keeps asking me to activate PayPal I never used that before ever ! I need to know if I am getting my clothes or not ? If not can you guys give me my refund ??
