At first GTC Digital paid out my payout request. Since you are limited to $200 a request and only one request per account, as soon as the first request paid out I requested my second request. It cancelled. So I requested again on 1/29/2018 and it is still in the REQUESTED status and will not allow me to cancel or request another withdrawal. I have sent a support ticket multiple times, but they have not responded. I have numerous accounts that are all in the same status. I do not recommend this to anyone. I have several friends who have been locked out of their accounts by denying access and lost thousands.
