Payoff payment made on 8/25/19 and Title for car!

I called to find out if my payment of $4952.00 which I made was processed. The representative started to tell me that this is an attempt to collect a debt. This account is only about 10 overdue. I got angry hearing this because it not even 30 days late. I will never finance with Nissan, or buy another Nissan vehicle.
