I placed an order with this company on Nov 25, 2017. Payment was received by them on Nov 27th. Because I live in Canada, I spent $81.26 due to the exchange rate on two items. After waiting 35 days for shipping, I contacted James and was given a tracking number, which was false. I have since tried to contact James only to be ignored. I have not received the product nor have a received a refund, which I told James I wanted either one or the other ASAP, and again was ignored. I don't understand why Facebook allows this sort of business to be advertised. There have been many complaints made and nothing seems to be done about it. I'm very frustrated with this whole experience. I NEVER order anything online and made the mistake of doing so this ONCE and look what happened..
