I have been playing for months and I have finally won 1000 gbp last week. After days of waiting for my documents to be approved I was told that my date of birth was wrong. When I joined it must have defaulted to 1989 not 1950 which is my DOB. They are saying I was also excluded from a sister site so I am trying to defraud the company. Why didn't they tell me about the exclusion while I was playing, they must have known by my email address. They are refusing to pay me any winnings and also any deposits back. I am not a fraud or a criminal it was a pure mistake when I joined. I think they should have told me I was excluded from a sister site before I tried to withdraw and not just accept my deposits. 1000 gpb is a fortune to me. Very bad customer service.
