I paid for coins, but never received the coins money was taken from my account 4 times, and was told to use a different method of payment. Either refund my money, give me credit for the purchases or I will dispute the purchases. I don't know if it was due to a maintenance, because after this happen I tried to log in and a message came up saying the site was down for maintenance.
