Payment not refund back

I have reserved room accidentally from Rooftop Resort hotel on 28th of August (08:20pm +2 GMT). 1 hour later, i have sent mail to customer service from otel. They did not give any answer till 29 th of august. After my third mail, they answered as a, we can not refund any money. I want a refund my money.
